Compare the ChuckIt! Paraflight Small flying disc and the Sport Medium 25 Ball Launcher. Find out which fetch toy suits your dog's play style and size.
Quick answer
Choose the ChuckIt! Paraflight Small if your dog loves chasing a floating disc in water; pick the Sport Medium 25 Ball Launcher for lightweight, easy ball launching on land with a medium-sized dog.
Why the play environment matters
The main difference between these two ChuckIt! toys is where and how they shine. The Paraflight is designed for water fun—it floats and is made of durable multilayer nylon, making it ideal for lakes, pools, or wet grass. The Sport Medium Launcher, on the other hand, is a lightweight ball launcher perfect for dry land fetch sessions with medium dogs.
If your dog loves splashing around, the Paraflight's floating ability is a game-changer. But if you prefer a classic ball launch that's easy on your arm, the Sport Medium Launcher is the practical choice.
Size and dog compatibility
The Paraflight Small is best for small to medium dogs, while the Sport Medium 25 Launcher is explicitly sized for medium dogs. Both are lightweight, but the launcher's design reduces arm fatigue during extended play.
Consider your dog's size and energy level. A small dog might struggle with the launcher's ball size, and a large dog might find the Paraflight Small too small for a satisfying catch.
