My rabbit sheds constantly and this little brush actually gets the loose fur out without scratching her skin. The size is perfect for a small animal, easy to hold and she doesn't squirm away like she did with our old one.

The bristles are fine enough that my rabbit actually sits still for a brushing, which never happened with the coarser brush I had before. It pulls out a surprising amount of loose fur without scratching her skin, and her coat looks noticeably shinier after a few sessions.
